Job Description:
Placify LLC seeks a Project Manager – Scrum Master for its Washington, DC office. Duties include managing Agile IT projects using Scrum and SAFe frameworks; leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; coordinating project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams; collaborating with Product Owners to refine requirements and maintain the product backlog; facilitating communication among developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery; tracking Agile metrics, including burndown, velocity, and capacity, and preparing reports for leadership; guiding teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement initiatives; assisting with organizational change management and process optimization; and supporting DevOps adoption and coordination with cloud engineering teams for deployment.

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science and 36 months of experience as a Scrum Master, IT Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.

Additional Information:
No travel required.

Salary:
$102,482 per year
